Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy explains what may not be submitted to or generated with InkFirst. It applies to prompts, uploaded or selected content, generated images, and attempts to use or bypass the service.

Sexual and exploitative content

Do not use InkFirst to create, request, promote, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual content. Any sexualized content involving minors or persons who may appear to be minors is strictly prohibited.

Harmful and unlawful content

Do not request content that facilitates illegal activity, credible threats, graphic abuse, hateful or extremist conduct, harassment, self-harm encouragement, fraud, or dangerous wrongdoing. Do not use InkFirst to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Identity and deceptive media

Do not use InkFirst for face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, deceptive identity content, or non-consensual depictions of a real person.

Moderation and enforcement

Prompts may be screened by automated moderation before image generation. Do not attempt to evade, probe, disable, or bypass moderation or other safety controls. InkFirst may reject prompts, restrict access, or suspend accounts when this policy or applicable law is violated. A moderation service outage may temporarily prevent generation.
