Overview
InkFirst is operated by an individual and helps people explore tattoo ideas, linework, and placement previews. This policy explains the information processed when you use InkFirst.
Information we process
We may process account details such as your email address and account identifier; an anonymous identifier for visitors who use InkFirst before signing in; the prompts you submit; generated images and saved placement settings; and entitlement and safe payment-history data such as plan, credits, payment status, provider, and event reference. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and secure generation, saved designs, placement previews, account access, credits, downloads, support, and abuse prevention. We may also use limited technical information to diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the service.
Service providers
InkFirst uses service providers to operate the product: Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; Replicate for image generation; Google OAuth when you choose Google sign-in; and Creem for checkout and payment processing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices as needed to provide their services.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with providers needed to operate InkFirst, where required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing hello@inkfirst.ai. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant account safely. We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, records, or legal obligations.
